Open Enrollment transfers to attend NHHS
Open Enrollment permits allow any student who lives in the LAUSD to attend NHHS rather than their local school. Applications are available from all LAUSD schools now or may be downloaded here. Applications are due no later than May 25.

Football Tryouts
Tryouts are Monday - Friday May 7 through May 18 from 3:30pm - 5:30pm at the NHHS athletic field. You must turn in a completed athletic packet to room K110 before trying-out.

Science Bowl #2 in USA!
On April 30th, a team of students from North Hollywood High School finished second in the National Science Bowl competition in Washington, D.C. The academic competition tests students’ knowledge in all areas of science, quizzing them in a fast paced question-and-answer format similar to Jeopardy.

AP Exams • May 7 - 18
796 students • 1740 exams
Buses for Morning Exams depart promptly at 7:45am from the Colfax Entrance. Buses for Afternoon exams depart at 12:45pm. Click here for daily exam schedule. Students may not be driven to the test site. There are no make-ups for students who miss the bus. No cell phones, backpacks or bottled water are allowed. School Calendar 2011-2012
The district has moved the end of classes up to Tuesday, June 19, 2012. We have tentatively set our graduation ceremony on Friday, June 15.

Test Preparation Bell Schedule
We will be using a special bell schedule Tuesday, April 24 through Friday, May 18, 2012 to help prepare our students for the annual CST exams.

Reward Policy
Graduation is Friday, June 15, 2012. North Hollywood High School has adopted a policy rewarding students with graduation tickets for their achievement on the CST Exams. Click here for information.
